These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Investor Acquisition Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its principal place of business at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
By engaging our services or making a payment to the Company, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
Investor Acquisition Systems LLC provides investor acquisition, capital raising support, marketing automation, and strategic consulting services for investment managers and financial services firms. Services include but are not limited to:
Strategic growth audits and advisory
Investor outreach campaign design and execution
Marketing automation and CRM implementation
Content creation and distribution strategy
Digital infrastructure development
The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.
2. Payment Terms
All fees are as set out in the applicable SOW or proposal. Invoices are issued via Wise (TransferWise) and are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
We accept payments in the following currencies: US Dollars (USD $), Australian Dollars (AUD $), British Pounds (GBP £), and Euros (EUR €). The applicable currency will be specified on your invoice.
Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
3. Transaction Currency
All transactions will clearly state the currency in both symbol and written form. Accepted currencies are:
USD $ — United States Dollars
AUD $ — Australian Dollars
GBP £ — British Pounds Sterling
EUR € — Euros
The currency applicable to your engagement will be confirmed in your SOW or invoice.
4. Client Obligations
You agree to provide timely access to information, systems, and personnel as reasonably required for us to perform the services. Delays caused by the Client may result in adjusted timelines and, where applicable, additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created during an engagement shall be assigned to the Client upon full payment. The Company retains the right to use anonymised case studies and general methodologies for marketing and portfolio purposes.
6. Export Restrictions
Our services are subject to United States export control laws and regulations. By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to U.S. trade sanctions, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted parties list.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. United States Business Confirmation
Investor Acquisition Systems LLC is a limited liability company registered and operating in the United States of America, with its registered address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment, provided that no work has commenced on the engagement. Once work has commenced, all fees are non-refundable. This includes any preparatory work, research, strategy development, or system setup performed by our team.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at jack@investoracquisition.io within fourteen (14) days of your payment date. Please include your name, invoice number, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Wise) within ten (10) business days.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an ongoing engagement at any time by providing written notice via email. Upon cancellation:
Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced at the agreed rates
No refund will be issued for work already performed
Any outstanding deliverables in progress will be delivered in their current state
Access to any systems or tools provisioned for your engagement may be revoked
4. No Returns
As our services are professional consulting and digital services, there are no physical products to return. The refund policy above governs all financial remedies available.
5. Disputes
If you have concerns about the quality of work delivered, please contact us at jack@investoracquisition.io before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring client satisfaction wherever possible.
By making a payment to Investor Acquisition Systems LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
DELIVERY POLICY
1. How Services Are Delivered
Investor Acquisition Systems LLC provides professional consulting and digital services. All services are delivered digitally — there are no physical products or shipments. Depending on your engagement, services are delivered through one or more of the following methods:
Strategy documents, audit reports, and deliverables sent via email or shared document links (e.g., Google Drive)
Access credentials to marketing platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools
Consulting sessions conducted via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar)
Ongoing support via email and messaging platforms
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines for each engagement are outlined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal. Typical timelines include:
Strategic audits: 2–4 weeks from engagement commencement
System implementation: 4–12 weeks depending on scope and complexity
Ongoing consulting: As per the agreed schedule (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)
Timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and the availability of required information or access. Any material delays will be communicated promptly.
3. Client Cooperation
Timely delivery depends on the Client providing necessary information, access, and approvals as outlined in the SOW. Delays caused by the Client may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
4. Acceptance
Deliverables are considered accepted unless the Client provides written notice of any issues within seven (7) business days of delivery.
PRIVACY POLICY
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide: We collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and any other information you provide when booking a call, completing a form, or engaging our services.
Payment Information: Payments are processed through Wise (TransferWise). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Wise processes and stores payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.
